Founder & CEO
Earlvin Proctor served as a civilian at the Pentagon for over 10 years, supporting the U.S. Air Force Secretary of Defense Executive Office {EXEC/SECDEF} with information technology and information assurance duties. A survivor of the 9/11 attack, Earlvin shifted his focus toward business endeavors that serve his country and its citizens.

Jesse Smith is a U.S. Army veteran with over 20 years of service, having served on the front lines in Afghanistan. His experience in government operations, leadership, and resilience shaped his strategic approach to securing government contracts and forging key partnerships.
